Print Project Manager

We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented marketing professional to lead the development and management of customer-facing sales and product materials. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technical, and external vendors to ensure collateral is accurate, on-brand, and ready to support dealer programs and broader business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and able to turn complex product information into clear, compelling communications.

• Manage the planning, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, product guides, sales tools, promotional materials, event signage, and program support materials.
• Lead projects from initial scope through stakeholder reviews, approvals, production, and final delivery.
• Maintain quality standards, brand consistency, version control, and accuracy across all materials.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to develop effective written content and creative assets.
• Review existing collateral libraries, identify gaps or outdated materials, and recommend improvements.
• Support sales and dealer-facing teams by ensuring current materials are easy to access and aligned with business priorities.
• Track project timelines, manage workflows, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience managing several complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Comfort working independently, solving problems proactively, and improving processes over time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, digital asset management platforms, or related tools is preferred.
• Experience with in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
