Summary
The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor delivers outstanding service and expert product knowledge, helping customers explore beauty products in store and online. This role builds and maintains client relationships through personalized consultations, makeup application lessons, skincare advice, and trend guidance.
Responsibilities- Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
- Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and current trend advice.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks while maintaining compelling product presentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
