Boutique Manager - South Coast Plaza

Lead boutique operations and sales to meet and exceed business goals. Develop the team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and maintain the boutique's luxury image.

• Lead sales activities and coach the team to achieve sales and IPT targets.
• Plan special events, merchandising, and staff presentation.
• Monitor business performance, analyze results, and communicate insights to regional leadership.
• Build client relationships and ensure client information is entered into the CRM system.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, sampling, gifting, and boutique upkeep.
• Recruit and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.

• At least 5 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience in a boutique or freestanding store.
• Prior experience as a Business Manager, or in sales or training.
• Strong communication, networking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, empathetic, positive, and collaborative approach.
• Ability to maintain business confidentiality;
  Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Availability to meet business needs and limited travel as required.
