The Specialist, Visual Merchandising coordinates visual merchandising standards at the boutique, including window installations and selling floor presentation. The role partners with boutique leadership to maintain brand guidelines and support an engaging client experience.
Responsibilities- Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to boutique teams.
- Coordinate storage and movement of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
- Maintain windows and selling floors in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Photograph completed displays and update documentation for the Global Image Team.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art or fashion-related studies.
- Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, digital photography, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
