Provide personalized sales service to men's department customers in store and online. Build lasting client relationships, offer product knowledge and styling guidance, and create an engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, welcoming experiences and cultivate customer relationships in store and online.
- Drive sales by serving clients and using available technology.
- Share loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
