The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. This role assists with product flow, replenishment, store organization, and day-to-day front- and back-of-house needs.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
- Assist with replenishment, receiving, inventory activities, and movement of merchandise between the sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain an organized store and stockroom and support visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and follow company policies and operational standards.
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a professional, client-focused attitude.
- Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
- Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
