Everything But Water is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at South Coast Plaza to support store operations and sales goals. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day staffing and inventory in the absence of the Store Manager.
The role requires 3–5 years in retail sales and 1–2 years in retail management, with open availability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes 401(k) and employee discounts.
