Inside Sales Representative

B2X Global is looking for a sales and customer service-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a team to drive mutual success. Ideal candidates are motivated by a strong sense of personal responsibility and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality. As a key member of the sales team, you will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of products and services sold to our customers while supporting the business development team in winning new deals.

In this role, you will process orders through our system, proactively communicate across internal departments and external customers, and follow best practice procedures while always looking to improve our systems and contribute to the company’s purpose and vision. You will have the direct support of our executive team, senior inside sales team and engineering resources, all dedicated to your success.

• Process orders and invoice customers as deals close
• Own a subset of accounts and be rewarded for proactive activity and account results
• Learn and eventually master common software systems (a sophisticated ERP and CRM)
• Take ownership of the company’s backorder report and customer deadlines
• Support the sales team by setting up new quotes / projects in our system
• Communicate inbound order status to relevant internal & external stakeholders
• Confer with the management team to execute month-end procedures
• Enhance the company’s online product catalog as new items are released
• Get creative and find ways to achieve great outcomes for our customers

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High attention to detail.
