About the JobWe are searching for a high-energy Sales Representative who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With extensive product knowledge and an understanding of industry trends, the Sales Representative will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. The Sales Representative may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas.
You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multitasker with strong computer and communication skills.
Successful Sales Representative will be a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Primary Objectives- Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs.
- Analyzing customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Ensuring accurate data in our CRM solution to drive strategy for future growth.
- Achieving weekly KPIs and a monthly/quarterly quota of pipeline and closed business.
- Leveraging the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Symply solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtually to increase revenue.
- May be required to travel outside of the geographical territory for conferences, training sessions, and/or area zone meetings.
- Knowledge of payroll systems.
- Experience selling payroll services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to write professional emails.
- Ability to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces.
- Proactive, forward-looking and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view.
- Annual base pay of $65,000 - $85,000 + uncapped commission
