You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations.

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by recommending the best pest solution for each customer.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and explain Orkin’s products and services to homeowners.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings.
• Use the iPad for sales agreements and organization.

• Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year and a company vehicle with gas card.
• Initial training compensation of $23 per hour, then transition to exempt base salary plus commission.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties:

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including climbing, stooping, kneeling.
• Wear PPE, potentially including OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
