Membership Retention

Job Summary

This trainee position makes outbound phone calls to lapsed members in order to renew those memberships.

• Using a predictive dialing tool, call lapsed members to generate a renewed membership.
• Invoice memberships sold and process payments.
• Maintain up-to-date, working knowledge of membership products, features and benefits.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills required, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $22.00. After completion of the training program, our full‑time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $48,400.00 – $59,200.00 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
