As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional service in a luxury boutique while achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships. You will balance daily business with High Jewelry sales and build a loyal client network.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional client service.
- Develop new business through community events, client invitations, and curated clienteling outreach.
- Support CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
- Assist with daily display setup and breakdown and maintain the boutique's aesthetic.
- Travel as required.
- Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment and deliver excellent service.
- Strong in-person and written communication skills.
