Summary
Guide and inspire customers through a welcoming, engaging shopping experience in the furniture and bedding department. Build lasting customer relationships, share product knowledge, and support sales in store and online.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience while cultivating relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including maintaining sales-floor standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, creative thinking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
