Schedule:

10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday-Saturday. The GSOC operates 24/7/365.

• Assess and respond to emergencies with professionalism while proactively monitoring multiple systems for emerging threats, notifying stakeholders, and escalating risks as needed.
• Answer phone calls providing world‑class customer service, assist employees with safety and security concerns, and ensure effective communication during routine operations and critical incidents.
• Monitor and operate security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV, and intelligence platforms) to detect, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical threats, dispatch security personnel, notify emergency services as needed, and assist with cross‑team training.
• Prepare reports, document activities, and follow standard procedures while investigating and responding to incidents—using proactive threat monitoring to alert stakeholders and mitigate risks as appropriate.
• Monitor open‑source intelligence, social media, and global news to identify and elevate emerging threats to stakeholders.

• At least 1 year of security or alarm industry experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear, concise reports and provide outstanding customer service.
• Experience following policies and procedures, writing technical procedures and reports with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple information technology systems and programs simultaneously.
• Independent and collaborative work style with initiative and problem‑solving skills to prioritize tasks in high‑pressure situations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work varied and irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The starting pay range for this position is: $20.58 – $27.41 per hour. Full‑time employees are eligible to participate in our incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance.
