As a Dispatch Professional, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access systems, document incidents, and provide timely support to on-site personnel. • Thur: 09:00 PM - 05:30 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel while maintaining clear, professional communications.
• Monitor security-related systems, communications channels, and activity logs; document incidents, requests, and dispatch actions accurately and promptly.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site-specific security-related procedures.

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
