** Experienced Automotive Service Technician

** What You’ll Do
*** Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles efficiently and accurately
* Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections according to manufacturer standards
* Use advanced diagnostic tools and technology
* Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
** What We’re Looking For
*** 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with CDJR vehicles is a plus

is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses on Production Productivity.
