The Sewer/Presser provides quality alteration and pressing services while helping customers receive the best possible service. This seasonal role supports the Alterations and Store Team.
Responsibilities- Complete sewing and pressing tasks according to store guidelines and service standards.
- Manage workload, respond to customer needs, and complete items on time.
- Meet productivity goals and follow proper processes and procedures.
- Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations.
- Previous sewing and pressing experience preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
- Stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Safely operate sewing, pressing, and standard alterations equipment.
- Be willing to learn and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
