Children's Program Director

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals with experience in gymnastics, dance, and/or cheer.

• Oversee gymnastics training and evaluate fellow team members to ensure excellence.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.

Overseeing a variety of programs to uphold the extremely high gold standards set by The Little Gym International.

• Gymnastics experience is a huge plus.
• Experience performing and teaching is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate skills on gym equipment, lift, and spot children of all sizes.
• Athleticism, flexibility, agility, and strength are a must.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
