Mechanical Operations Director in Trucking

Lead maintenance operations at a premier trucking company in North America. As the Director of Maintenance, you will apply your expertise in preventive maintenance and team management.

This full-time position requires 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management. You will develop maintenance strategies, manage costs across various locations in Canada, and oversee workshop optimization. Your leadership will drive operational success and foster collaboration among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventive maintenance procedures for efficient operations

• Manage and optimize workshops in multiple provinces

• Collaborate on strategies for trailer maintenance

• Monitor maintenance budgets and implement cost improvements

• Lead a diverse team with varied responsibilities

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (asset)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Bilingual in English and French;
Spanish is a plus

• Valid driver license and passport
