Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Renewal by Andersen

Join Andersen Corporation’s Renewal Division in Cottage Grove as a Lean Six‑Sigma Black Belt. In this role you will execute cross‑functional improvement initiatives, coach project teams, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost.

• Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio for engineering and operations teams within operations and supply chain.
• Translate pain‑points expressed by local operations into clearly defined, measurable opportunities.
• Drive decision‑making in areas of ambiguity or uncertainty within business strategy using data.
• Continuously facilitate alignment across functions (Engineering, Operations, Research and Development, etc.).
• Drive improvement activity through the application of statistical tools and interpretation of results (Design of Experiments, Measurement System Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, process mapping, process capability, statistical significance).
• Guide project resources, including Green Belts, in the application of the tools listed above and DMAIC methodology.
• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects in areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• MUST HAVE
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  
• BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science or similar engineering, or a 4‑year degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Project‑management experience and experience working with collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and sustain change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Lean & Six Sigma experience/belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis using Minitab, JMP, or similar software.
