Clinical Trainee Base Salary $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually

Fully Licensed Base Salary $68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually

Canvas Health is a non‑profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

This position provides clinical services to those children and families who are considered to be at risk in a school setting. This position requires services to be delivered primarily at school during the school day but at times in home or in the community. It emphasizes a high level of skill and knowledge about families, individuals and family assessment, family skills, and education services in the school.

The position provides diagnostic assessments and therapy services to eligible students and their families. It also provides consultation/teaming with school psychologists, school social workers, teachers, and multiple mental health providers. This position provides case consultation, training on mental health issues and assistance to school.

Cottage Grove, MN

South Washington County Schools – Alternative High School, Next Step Transition Program, and Online High School.

This position is 1.0 FTE. Work will primarily be daytime hours Monday - Friday at the school. Some occasional evening hours may be required.

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure
• Eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
• Possess a current and valid OR currently pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure (e.g. LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC)

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
• Experience in residential and/or day treatment
