• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU), while adhering to applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Must be mobile for the duration of a shift.
