Target Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash management activities.
• Process cash, credit card, and rent transactions, including ACH payment approvals.
• Complete recurring journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations across approximately 30 LLCs and related entities.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with year-end tax preparation and sales tax reporting.

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Accounting experience with strong knowledge of month-end close processes.
• Associate degree in Accounting .
• Experience with in real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting environments is a plus.
