About the Role
Canyons Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Schedule and manage the flow of appointments.
- Provide empathetic customer service while multi‑tasking between a multi‑line phone system and in‑person clients.
- Process financial transactions and answer inquiries.
- Provide essential information about the services we offer.
- Assist in front‑desk operations, support technicians and doctors, and help care for pets in treatment areas.
- Maintain a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that values professional development and work‑life balance.
- 1+ year of client service experience.
- Previous veterinary experience highly desired.
- Proficiency in customer service and client communication.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Hourly rate: $16–$19 per hour.
