Senior Analyst, IT SOX PMO

• Support the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes
• Assist with SOX 404 and 302 Certification processes for Technology-related areas
• Coordinate controls walkthroughs, testing, and deficiency evaluations/reporting
• Identify and implement improvements for the SOX program through optimization and automation
• Work directly with external auditors to ensure SOX Program compliance

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of IT SOX related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• CISA certification or equivalent (e.g., CPA/CIA) required
• In-depth knowledge of SOX, COSO Framework, and business risks and controls
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively

• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm IT Audit role
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Background in Fin Tech, banking, or financial services with a focus on SOX or ICFR controls consulting
