Associate Manager, Fraud Disputes

• Manage the Disputes team responsible for reviewing escalations, complaints, appeals, and disputes
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on all dispute types covered by the team
• Troubleshoot issues with internal staff and engineering teams to resolve disputes effectively
• Research and stay updated on industry trends related to financial transactions and disputes
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding dispute activities

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in banking disputes and investigations
• Minimum 3 years of previous management experience at a financial institution
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations

• Management experience and familiarity with company values
• Experience managing relationships with off‑shore global operations partners
• Customer service experience, as this role may require outbound calls
• A CFE or similar industry designation
