The roleWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to manage Workday Financials, support day‑to‑day operations, and optimize the system. You play a key role in shaping processes and providing solutions that enhance our investment in the Workday platform. Success hinges on technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business acumen. You treat stakeholders as partners, collaborating throughout each step while ensuring shared success.
What you’ll do- Support configuration of Workday Financial modules:
Supplier accounts, Customers, Projects and Billing, Business Assets, Expenses, Banking and Settlement, Financial Accounting and Accounting Center. - Participate in bi‑annual Workday release regression testing and security set‑up for new features.
- Stay updated on the Workday roadmap and propose changes to improve the platform.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Finance, Engineering, People orgs, and across the company.
- Perform daily administrative and production support tasks as needed.
- Operate independently, managing relationships, deliverables, and expectations with business partners.
- Maintain a personable and approachable demeanor, connecting across the team and business.
- Remain detail‑oriented while juggling multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior business partners.
- Expert in Workday Financials with configuration experience across multiple modules; experience with Customers and Project billing is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related);
Master’s a plus. - 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3+ years configuring and supporting modules:
Workday Financial Reporting, Supplier accounts, Customers, Projects and Billing, Business Assets, Expenses, Banking and Settlement, Financial Accounting and Accounting Center.
- Workday Pro Certifications.
- Jira / Confluence or other Scrum management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self‑manage across functions and influence senior partners.
The base pay range for this role is as noted above. Final base pay will be determined on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location. Benefits at SoFi page provides comprehensive benefits information.
