Senior Operations and Supplier Testing Analyst

• Ensure operations and key suppliers maintain a sustainable and effective end-to-end control environment through testing
• Document and perform complex testing to provide assurance on operational effectiveness
• Analyze test data from multiple sources, following established test plans and procedures
• Assist in building and expanding test scripts while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback on testing results and implement necessary corrective actions

• 5+ years of relevant experience in audit, compliance testing, or control/transactional reviews
• Experience in the banking and/or fintech industry, with knowledge of products and regulations
• Strong understanding of testing methodology and risk and control frameworks
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable analyzing large datasets

• Familiarity with banking products, processes, and consumer lending regulations
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor peers effectively
• Inquisitive nature with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with management and colleagues
