A mountain ski resort in Utah is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in all food production at the Royal Street Cafe. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of kitchen experience and previous leadership responsibilities. Duties include menu development, managing kitchen personnel, maintaining food quality, and ensuring efficient production flow. Strong familiarity with various cuisines and a current Serve Safe Certificate are essential.
