CDL A Company Driver – SME Logistics
SME Logistics LLC (subsidiary of SME Industries Inc.) is hiring experienced dedicated flatbed truck drivers. We haul fabricated steel from our facilities in West Jordan, Utah;
Pocatello, Idaho;
Las Vegas, NV; and El Mirage, Arizona to construction sites across Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Loads are then returned to customers near our Arizona and Utah terminal locations. Drivers should live within or near the delivery route for a favorable work‑life balance.
- Starting pay .63 CPM (practical miles loaded and empty). At 6 months seniority .65, 12 months .68, 3 years .69, 5 years .70 per mile.
- Extra pay—$50 per tarp per load for tarping back‑haul loads as required.
- Starting hourly pay—$25 in Utah, $28 in Arizona (accelerating hourly scale based on years of service) for any load
