• Coverage Type: Scheduled hours + night beeper call

• Shift Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm (clinic) with 1-hour lunch + night beeper call (5:00pm 8:00am)

• 24-hour call days: 8:00am 8:00am

• Available Shifts:

  • December 6 7, 2025: 8a 8a (24-hour call)

  • December 8 12, 2025: 8a 5p (with lunch) + beeper call 5p 8a

  • December , 2025: 8a 8a (24-hour call)

• Coverage Need: Full-time or 2 weeks/month coverage

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based

• Clinic Volume: 20 patients per day

• Procedures: per week

• Surgeries: 3 4 per day (no robotics)

• Support Staff: 1 PA; no other MDs on-site

• Special Procedures:

  • In-clinic vasectomy

  • Infant circumcision (outpatient, optional)

• EMR: Cerner

• Interview: Phone interview required

• Board Certification: BC/BE in Urology

• License: Active Arizona license required (IMLC accepted; willing to license)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year

• DEA: Required

• CSR: Not required

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Vaccines:

  • COVID-19 Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)

  • Flu Required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)

This is an on-site hospital-based Urology locum opportunity with both scheduled clinic hours and call coverage at a 99-bed acute care facility in Cottonwood, AZ. Ideal for a BC/BE Urologist seeking a short-term or recurring assignment with support from an experienced PA and a balanced workload of clinic and OR procedures.
