Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care has openings for Arizona-licensed Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) to perform Home Health visits.
We have immediate needs to fill in Prescott Valley and Verde Valley!
- Performs bathing and ADL assistance to clients in their homes in accordance with Medicare, Arizona, and Federal regulations and guidelines.
- Contributes to and participates in care coordination and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary clinical care team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, and MSWs.

Qualifications
- Arizona CNA License
- Minimum 6 months of experience; recent experience preferred but not required
- Arizona Driver’s License and vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Level-one Fingerprint Clearance Card
- TB test and clearance
- Current CPR certification
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to perform job duties and work without restrictions
