Behavioral Health Technician; BHT - CW

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County.

• A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role‑modeling, coaching and other individually‑tailored interventions.
• Implement skill‑building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
• Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength‑based and family‑centered way.
• Performing other duties related to the position

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Related Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record
• Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
• Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
• Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

Compensation:$20/hr to $23/hr
