Angels Care Home Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, current state LPN license, valid driver’s license, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and two years’ LPN experience (home health preferred).
