Council Bluffs, Iowa

• Teach construction classes face‑to‑face.
• Evaluate and report student performance and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures.
• Teach classroom lecture courses.
• Develop and restructure curriculum.
• Assist in student success.

• 6,000 hours of construction work experience, or an associate degree in construction plus at least 3,000 hours of recent, relevant tested construction experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record.

• Frequently required to sit for extended periods and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment.
• Required to talk and hear regularly while performing duties.
• Ability to drive company‑owned or personal vehicle.
