What You’ll Do
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
  • Monitor residents’ well‑being and promptly report changes in condition.
  • Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
  • Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care.
  • Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
  • You enjoy building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
  • You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy.
  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training!
