Trauma-Informed Peer Wellness & Recovery Specialist

A non-profit organization is seeking a full-time Peer Specialist to support individuals recovering from mental illness. This role involves engaging clients in their recovery journey, providing direct services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is living in recovery from a behavioral health disorder, has experience working with individuals with severe mental illness, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Training certifications in peer support are preferred. This is an entry-level position with a focus on wellness and self-determination.
