• Work with the bar team to facilitate smooth service to customers.
• Replenish bar stock, maintain lounge upkeep, and assist with any food issues.
• Clean tables and bar; ensure condiments are stocked.
• Maintain required par levels and ensure cleanliness at the assigned station.
• Obtain replacement stock from the warehouse in accordance with procedures – lifting boxes and kegs of beer.
• Assist bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests’ special requests, icing drink glasses, and pouring non‑alcoholic drinks during busy times.
• Address concerns and questions from guests.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move easily around the entire property for the duration of a shift.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work areas, including confined spaces.
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.
• Excellent customer‑service/communication skills.
• Ability to respond to visual and oral signals.
  
  Handle a knife for chopping fruit.
• Process cash transactions accurately.
• Maneuver a two‑wheel dolly in crowded areas.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of areas of responsibility at all times.
• Work in areas with dust, tobacco smoke, varying noise, temperature, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
