• Run and maintain the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen.
• Clean and keep concession stands to meet or exceed local Health Department standards.
• Follow a deep‑cleaning schedule for the kitchen, concession stands, and other food‑and‑beverage areas as directed.
• Assist in the prep, staging, and execution of concession and banquet events, including portable bars and stands.
• Help the culinary team in prep and plating for banquet events.
• Maintain the F&B warehouse, both dry and cold storage.
• Drive the company truck to offsite concession and banquet events with designated product.
• Support safety and accident‑prevention plans as stated by the company and functional leader.
• Store equipment in pre‑designated areas.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment used for setup and breakdown of events.
• Present oneself as a credit to the company and encourage others to do the same.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Able to handle heavy chemicals and various kitchen machines.
• Trained in all safety aspects of the position.
• Works independently and follows a cleaning schedule.
• Operates equipment safely and effectively.
• Demonstrates integrity and recognizes standards required by a regulated business.
• Maintains a neat, well‑groomed, professional appearance.
• Adheres to departmental and company policies and complies with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.
• Can climb ladders, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations; can push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and stack. Able to run on level surfaces and use stairs.

• Work in areas with dust, second‑hand smoke, variable noise, temperature, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
