We have an opportunity for you on our 1st shift production at JBS Prepared Foods in Council Bluffs, IA.
Wages starting at $20.10 per hour with great benefits!
- BONUS pay of $1 for every hour worked for perfect attendance each pay period!
- $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Weekly pay (Every Friday)

Key Responsibilities and Accountability include but are not limited to:- Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
- Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
- Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
- Ability to work multiple shifts when needed
- Ability to work overtime as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Must be able to communicate and read in English
- Prefer previous manufacturing experience
