You will be responsible for the end-to-end finishing process, utilizing your expertise in surface preparation and precision spray application to deliver high-quality results that protect our products for the long haul.
Responsibilities- Execute precise mixing of industrial paints and protective coatings to meet exact production specifications.
- Perform comprehensive surface preparation, including sanding and cleaning, to guarantee optimal adhesion and finish quality.
- Operate professional-grade spray equipment to apply uniform, high-quality coatings to large-scale assemblies and components.
- Ensure every finished product meets strict cosmetic and durability standards through meticulous inspection.
- Interpret technical manuals, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure consistent application performance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and maneuvering in various positions.
- Proficiency in following complex safety guidelines and operating within a paint booth while wearing required respiratory protection.
- Prior experience in industrial painting or automotive refinishing.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to maintain high output during repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with operating hoists or material handling equipment to position large components.
