Part‑Time – Days

• Help residents live their best lives by supporting daily care needs with compassion and respect.
• Build genuine relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well‑being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
• Work closely with families and team members to ensure personalized, compassionate care.
• Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Enjoy building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!
