We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically strong Clinical Director to join our leadership team.
This is an opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, quality outcomes, and providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to interdisciplinary care teams
- Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality, documentation, and patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with providers, staff, patients, and families to promote continuity and quality of care
- Participate in performance improvement and organizational initiatives
- Current RN license in good standing
- BSN preferred
- Previous clinical leadership or management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
