Responsibilities
  • Nurture leads – as the first point of contact for incoming applicants, reach out to leads to arrange showings and follow up after showings to achieve a signed lease and repeat business.
  • Conduct showings – tour leads through properties and help them envision living there.
  • Get applications and leases – follow process to ensure lead submits an application and guide them to a signed lease.
  • Solicit feedback and make recommendations – gather feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities and relay observations to influence listed rent prices.
  • Serve with a smile – be the first contact and guide through showing and application process, answering questions and creating a positive first impression.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Natural people skills with a desire to succeed; collaborative team player.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and establish rapport.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of property management and the full process at Real Property Management.
  • Patience to educate potential residents and follow up diligently; ability to document details in the CRM.
  • Flexibility to accommodate showing requests and serve property owners.
  • Familiarity with property management and leasing is a plus.
