Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Operates a cash register/P.O.S. System, and performs cashier functions such as giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and other transactions according to established procedure.
• Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines.
• Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages.
• Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events.
• Assist servers and bussers when needed.

• Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm.
• Comfortable with cash handling skills.
• Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work flexible hours: nights, weekends, and holidays.
