Sales Representative - Commercial Power

Overview

Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power) with Sunbelt Rentals. The primary function is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, including Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers. This role targets the Commercial market segment with customers who use equipment for short-term or long-term projects across industries such as sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, remediation/restoration, manufacturing, large venues, and more.

• Develop a career track and leverage current skills in a challenging role
• Generate profitable rental sales for the Pump & Power fleet
• Engage with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales
• Provide presentations and business reviews to management

• B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry is required
• Knowledge/skills in power generation and testing equipment is highly desirable
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and business reviews

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as needed.

Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr – $62,965.00/yr. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Sunbelt Rentals offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, including:
