Jim Hawk Truck Trailers, Inc. (JHTT), one of the largest semi‑truck trailer dealers in the Midwest, is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Vice President of Trailer Sales to join the team. This position is responsible for the operations and administrative functions for the Trailer Sales Departments at all JHTT locations.
This position will oversee cost‑effectiveness and profitability for the Trailer Sales Departments while working with the Trailer Sales Reps to maintain and gain new customers. The VP role will ensure quality and operational standards are in place and will report operational activities and outcomes to leadership. The position will provide updates on achieving business goals, customer service/satisfaction, and the development of the Sales team.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Good experience interacting and building relationships with customers
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Minimum of five years of management in Truck and/or Trailer Sales
- Experience with Fusion is beneficial
Travel to various JHTT locations is required. This position requires the individual to have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Work location is negotiable.
