Take on permanent part-time responsibilities focusing on property management in the rental sector. You will ensure lease agreements comply, prepare maintenance contracts, and oversee renovations. Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
• Experience in property management, especially low-rises
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of public housing regulations
• Permanent or valid work permit resident of Canada
