This position requires a proactive individual with post-secondary education in administration and 2 years of relevant experience. You'll handle clerical duties, prepare a variety of documents, and manage calendar schedules while supporting a motivated team focused on innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a variety of clerical and administrative functions
• Create and modify comprehensive templates and documents
• Maintain effective filing systems both electronic and paper
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and social events
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows
Requirements:
• Background in administration, with a focus on professional environments
• 2 years of administrative experience required
• Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with report preparation and document management
