Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and address customer service concerns effectively

• Conduct detailed multi-point inspections on vehicles

• Utilize MPI Software for precise service quotes

• Validate warranty coverage while detailing terms to customers

• Recommend maintenance and repairs informed by vehicle history

Requirements:

• More than 1 year in a related automotive role

• Skillful in MS Office and DMS systems

• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities

• Eager to grow in a fast-paced automotive service

• Passionate about customer service and automotive care
